Diversity, Inclusivity, Equity & Multiculturalism

As a community we believe that there is strength through diversity. We value learning about different cultures and including multicultural content in our learning activities. We are an inclusive community that welcomes everyone of different race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, and religion/faith. We acknowledge the past and present impact of racism in our society. We will include materials in our activities that teaches about racism and our shared responsibility to combat it. We will include the concept of equity and that being equal can mean providing different things to different people to give us all equal opportunities and human dignity.
